DocsPay with a card
Pay with a card
The FreeTheAI checkout takes crypto. If you only have a bank card, buy a Rewarble voucher with it and have Rewarble send Litecoin straight to the checkout. No wallet and no crypto experience needed.
Paid models and paid plans are coming soon. Free models never need credits, so you do not need to buy any today. This guide shows how paying works.
Steps
Buy a Rewarble voucher with your card
- Buy a Rewarble voucher on G2A or Eneba. Both take Visa, Mastercard, and other cards.
- Pick a voucher a little larger than the amount you want to add: Rewarble takes a small fee when it sends crypto (shown before you confirm, and listed at rewarble.com/fees).
- After paying you get a voucher code on the store page and by email.
Redeem the voucher on Rewarble
- Sign in or create a free account at rewarble.com, then open rewarble.com/redeem.
- Enter the code. Its value is added to your Rewarble balance.
Start a deposit on FreeTheAI
- In another tab, sign in and open Credits in the dashboard.
- Choose an amount in USD ($5 to $500), tick the box to accept the purchase terms, and press Continue to crypto checkout.
- On the checkout page, pick Litecoin (LTC). Copy the LTC address and note the exact LTC amount it shows. Keep this tab open: the checkout stays open for an hour.
Send it from Rewarble to the checkout
- On Rewarble, open Browse Rewards, then Crypto, then LTC (direct link).
- In You Receive, type the exact LTC amount from the checkout. Rounding up a tiny bit is fine; anything above the checkout amount is not added to your balance, so keep it small.
- Paste the checkout’s address into LTC address, fill in your name, check the summary, and press Confirm.
Wait for the balance
- Rewarble usually sends within minutes. The checkout page shows the payment once it arrives, and your FreeTheAI balance updates when it confirms on the network.
Before you send
- The checkout and Rewarble both say Litecoin (LTC).
- The address on Rewarble is the one on the checkout page, pasted, not typed.
- The LTC amount you receive on Rewarble is at least the amount the checkout shows.
- The checkout tab is still open (it closes after an hour).
- You understand crypto payments cannot be reversed.
Questions
- Do I need a crypto wallet?
- No. Rewarble sends the Litecoin straight to the checkout’s address. You only need a wallet if you want to hold crypto yourself.
- I am outside the United States. Does this work?
- Rewarble currently offers crypto payouts to US customers only (its page says crypto is not available in the EU). Elsewhere, CryptoVoucher works in a similar way: buy a voucher, redeem it at cryptovoucher.io/redeem-now to a wallet such as Exodus or Trust Wallet, then send the checkout amount from that wallet. Large exchanges also sell crypto with a card.
- What if slightly less arrives than the checkout asked for?
- A very small shortfall is still accepted. If more is missing, the checkout page lets you send the rest, even in another coin, while it is open.
- Can I pay FreeTheAI with a card directly?
- Not yet. The checkout takes crypto only, so a card voucher is the simplest way for card holders. You never send card details to FreeTheAI.
- Do I need credits to use FreeTheAI?
- No. Free models never need credits. Paid models and paid plans are coming soon, so you do not need to buy anything today.
- Can I get a refund?
- Crypto payments cannot be reversed, and purchases are final and non-refundable (Terms, section 7). Voucher refunds are between you and the store you bought it from. Never send money first to strangers who offer to exchange in Discord or DMs.
- My payment arrived but my balance did not change. What now?
- Open a ticket at freetheai.org/dashboard/support with the transaction id from Rewarble’s Reward History.
