Seller Terms

1. Acceptance

You accept these Seller Terms when you apply to sell on FreeTheAI, and they apply for as long as you offer or have offered models here. They are in addition to the Terms of Service at https://freetheai.org/terms, which also apply to you. If these Seller Terms and the Terms of Service conflict about selling, these Seller Terms control.

2. How selling works

FreeTheAI runs the marketplace. We decide which models are listed, how they are named and shown, the prices buyers see, how requests are routed, how buyers are billed, and how disputes are handled. Your private identity, endpoints, and keys are never shown to buyers. Your public name on FreeTheAI is assigned by us.

Every model you submit is reviewed before buyers can use it, and FreeTheAI may verify your listings at any time.

3. FreeTheAI fee

FreeTheAI keeps a fee from each paid sale, as a percentage of what the buyer pays for your model. Your current fee is shown in your seller dashboard. FreeTheAI may agree a different fee with you in writing.

The fee in effect when a request starts applies to that request. We may change the standard fee with notice, and a change applies only to requests that start after it takes effect.

4. Earnings and payouts

Your earnings from each paid sale are held for a payout hold period before you can withdraw them. The standard hold is 7 days. Where offered, you may choose faster payouts, which shorten the hold for an additional fee shown in your seller dashboard. The hold and fee in effect when a request starts apply to that request.

Payouts are sent in cryptocurrency to the address you provide, after you confirm the request with two-factor authentication. You are responsible for the address being correct, because blockchain transfers cannot be reversed, and for any taxes on your earnings.

Earnings still in their hold may be reduced or withheld for refunds, payment problems, incorrect usage records, abuse, or a breach of these Seller Terms.

5. Free models

You may offer a model for free, with daily and per-minute limits that you set. Free models earn nothing. Buyers must meet FreeTheAI's requirements for free models to use them, and FreeTheAI may pause or delist a free model like any other.

6. What you must deliver

• Serve exactly the model you list. Never send requests to a different or cheaper model than the one named.
• Support the context size, output length, and features you state for each model.
• Keep your endpoint working. Models that fail or do not match their listing may be paused or delisted.
• Have the right to sell access to every model and account you connect, and follow the terms of your own providers and the law.
• Never sell access that comes from FreeTheAI itself, such as our free models, FreeTheAI API keys, or FreeTheAI accounts, whether directly or through another server or service. If you do, we will terminate your seller account and remove your listings, and you forfeit all of your earnings that are still in their payout hold, as with advertising in section 7.

7. No advertising

Everything on FreeTheAI goes through FreeTheAI. You must never advertise yourself, your own service, or any other service on FreeTheAI. This covers model names, display names, descriptions, and any other listing text; the replies your models return (for example adding links, names, contact details, or offers to responses); and contacting buyers in any way. You must not ask or invite buyers to deal with you directly.

If we find that you have advertised, we will terminate your seller account and remove your listings, and you forfeit all of your earnings that are still in their payout hold at that time. Earnings already paid out to you are not affected. This decision is final.

8. Buyer data

Requests sent to your models can contain buyers' private content. Use each request only to answer it. Do not keep it longer than needed to answer it, train or tune any model on it, sell or share it, or try to identify the buyer.

9. Pausing, delisting, and ending

FreeTheAI may pause, delist, or end your seller account or any listing at any time under its policies. You may stop selling at any time. Except as section 7 says, earnings you made before your account ended stay payable under the hold and review rules in section 4.

10. Changes to these Seller Terms

We may update these Seller Terms. The version and effective date at the top show which version applies. We will give notice of material changes in your seller dashboard or by email, and continuing to sell after a change takes effect means you accept it.
